Issue 47

How does a teacher who isn’t a programmer build the AI tools their school actually needs, instead of paying for the ones that almost fit?

The answer isn’t a better subscription. It’s a shift from consumer to architect. My background isn’t computer science, it’s Lean Six Sigma, a discipline built entirely around finding waste in a process and engineering it out. Point that same lens at a school day and the repetitive, predictable “robot work” lights up everywhere: the report you rebuild every Monday, the intervention email you retype for the hundredth time. That’s not work that needs a human. That’s work waiting to be automated.
