Services

DLAC provides consulting and advisory services to companies, foundations, schools, and others who are working to increase student opportunities and improve student outcomes through digital learning.

Under our previous branding as Evergreen Education Group, our early work
which dates back to 2000, included convening networks of innovators and practitioners, research, and publishing field reports, white papers, and case
studies about digital learning.

Our expertise covers all forms of digital learning and is based on two primary sources:

Employees and consultants we work with regularly have built online, hybrid, and blended schools, created online and blended teacher PD, started and grown companies, and studied digital learning for reporting and testimony to government agencies.

The schools, districts, companies, state agencies, researchers, and others who attend our events provide an extensive and unmatched knowledge base of online, hybrid, and blended schools
 and programs.

Our services

Companies and foundations engage with us to more deeply understand the digital learning field and market. Some companies are considering new products or strategies or are moving into new market segments. Others may want to
test their assumptions about product/market fit. Clients access our deep knowledge of the space to assist in these
areas and other key corporate strategies to create better product/market fit, move into new segments of the field or geographic areas, or better understand needs of schools and students–including, sometimes, their own clients.

The DLAC team has created professional learning for online, hybrid, and blended teachers, and can customize new professional learning opportunities for teachers across your school, company, or region.

We conduct market research to help inform company, product, and communication strategies. Our deep understanding of the complexities of the field and our far-reaching network enable us to ask the right questions of the right people in schools, districts, state agencies, and other organizations. This leads to better insights and deeper context about customer and stakeholder needs and interests and the directions their organizations, and the field as a whole, are going.

Clients hire us to research and publish white papers on topics related to policy, practice, or elements of the digital learning landscape that demonstrate how to further educational goals and improve student outcomes. Our researchers understand the field deeply, so we can quickly identify and focus on key information and implications. White papers and case studies may be branded as DLAC or white labeled depending on the project and client interest.

We organize, convene, and support groups on behalf of our clients for a variety of purposes. Examples include advisory boards for organizations seeking sustained input, panels for more narrowly defined purposes or timeframes, and networks of practitioners or organizations to facilitate collaboration. No other organization has the reach that we have in order to be able to bring together a variety of deeply experienced professionals in the digital learning field.

Because of our position as a trusted advisor to so many schools, companies, and others, we do not engage in direct sales or business development efforts.

Let’s have a conversation to explore how we can help you advance digital learning in your organization or region.
