DLAC Call for Proposals Phased Approach Timeline
We are offering the phased approach to our Call for Proposals again this year. We sent out a survey to past DLAC attendees and DLC members to find out what they want to get from DLAC 2024 and will be addressing their needs in different phases. We hope to build 80% of the program during the first two phases, and complete it with an all call and invited speakers in Phases 3 and 4. The focus of each phase will be coming soon. The dates are outlined below:
Phase I - June 12 - July 22, 2023
Phase II - August 8 - September 8, 2023
Phase III - September 26 - October 13, 2023
Phase IV - November 13, 2023 - January 5, 2024 (Potential speakers invited to fill in gaps in program.)
We will be accepting proposals off and on from June 12 - October 13, 2023. Submissions will be reviewed by members of the Program Committee throughout the months of August, September, and October (after each phase) and the program will be finalized by conference organizers in early November. All submitters will be notified at the end of each phase and no later than November 13, 2023 on the status of their proposals, in addition to time and date of accepted presentations.
